JE SUIS ENCEINTE DE 3 MOIS ET MON PATRON NE LE SUPPORTE PAS ET ME FAIS DES REFLEXIONS TOUTE LA JOURNEE, JE CRAQUE NERVEUSEMENT ET J AI PEUR POUR LE BON DEROULEMENT DE MA GROSSESSE , J AI TOUJOURS MAL AU VENTRE AVEC CE STRESS PERPETUEL .
MON PATRON M'A PROPOSE UNE RUPTURE DE CONTRAT A L'AMIABLE;
EST CE QUE JE PEUX PRETENDRE TOUCHER MES INDEMNITEES DE LICENCIEMENT ET TOUCHER MON CHOMAGE EN ATTENDANT DE TROUVER UN AUTRE EMPLOIS?

Bonjour,
Votre employeur tente de faire pression sur vous pour vous faire partir... voilà pourquoi il vous propose une rupture conventionnelle. Vous êtes libre de refuser.
Si vous acceptez, négociez bien votre départ (indemnités etc...). Vous aurez droit au chômage si vous avez travaillé assez longtemps (610 heures minimum).
