LORSQU UN VOISIN CONSTRUIT UN MUR DE SEPARATION DE TERRAIN PEUT IL POSER SES PARPAINGS AU MILIEU DE LA BORNE SEPARATIVE DE TERRAIN VOISIN TOUT EN SACHANT QU IL NA RIEN DEMANDE AU PROPRIETAIRE . DE PLUS CE MUR DOIT IL ETRE POSE EN DEHORS DES BORNES ET DOIT IL RESPECTER UNE DISTANCE? SI SON MUR EST CONSTRUIT AU MILIEU DE LA BORNE IL EST DONC CONSIDERE COMME MITOYEN?
