J AI ENTENDU DIRE QU UN DECRET DE FEV 2009 OBLIGAIT UN PROPRIETAITE A RELOGER SON LOCATAIRE S IL VEUT RECUPERER SON LOGEMENT POUR EVITER DES EXPULSIONS FAMILLES QUI SONT DOULOUREUSES.

MERCI DE M AIDER A RETROUVER LE NUMERO DU DECRET ET EN QUOI CONSISTE T IL VRAIMENT?

--C'est faux, une telle loi n'existe pas, il ne faut pas croire tout ce qu'on lit ou entend.

JE SOUPCONNE MON PROPRIETAIRE DE VOULOIR NOUS METTRE DEHORS CAR YA UN DELIT DE FACIES
ON PAYE REGULIEREMENT NOTRE LOYER MAIS RELATIONNELLEMENT CA NE PASSE PAS CAR ON HABITE DANS LE MEME IMMEUBLE ET NOUS SOMMES AMENER A LE VOIR TOUS LES JOURS.
