    I am sorry, I never asked a question before.

    My question is about the possibility of changing the voting regime (article 24, 25 or 26) with a separate vote in the Assemble Generale:

    If a decision requires according to the law and the reglement "la double majorite"(article 26),
    can the Assemble Generale vote to change this into l'unanimite ??
