Bonjour,
Nous avons un terrain sur lequel il y avait un chalet d'habitation (un an de travaux) a qui a brûlé, mon mari dégoûté voulait y mettre un mobile home mais la mairie s'y oppose selon la loi dit-elle.
Que puis-je faire ?

comment savoir que le PLU l'interdit maintenant ? alors que le chalet était habité, le foncier et la TH étaient payés.
