NOUS AVONS ACHETE EN 2004 UNE MAISON AVEC UN CERTICAT DE CONFORMITE DELIVRE PAR LA MAIRIE .CE CERTIFICAT QUI DATE DE 2004 AVAIT ETE DELIVRE A LA DEMANDE DU NOTAIRE
CETTE MAISON AVAIT ETE CONSTRUITE PAR NOTRE VENDEUR EN 2002.
AUJOURD'HUI LE SPANC QUI VIENT DE CONTROLER L'ASSANISSEMENT AUTONOME DE NOTRE MAISON? LE DECLARE POLUANT ET A REFAIRE DANS LA TOTALITE
l'assainissement ne respecte pas la reglementation . il n'y a pas de regards de ventilation et on ne sait pas ou se trouve l'epandage.
ma question: que faire : se retoourner sur le vendeur constructeur, la mairie?
