Bonsoir,

Il y'a deux jours, j'ai acheté un téléphone chez Darty en magasins, mais celui-ci me déplaît.
J'aurais donc voulu savoir si il était possible de la ramener en magasins, contre un avoir au même prix d'achat.

Tu peux toujours voir avec eux, c'est au bon vouloir du magasin s'il y a un avoir ou remboursement; ils peuvent refuser.
