Bonjour aux membres.
Je voudrais d'abord m'excuser pour m'exprimer en anglais et je vous remercie tous pour vos conseils.
I am one of 10 heritiers of a plot of bare/vacant land. A trespasser/intrus has built a garage on the land more than 20 years ago and he is refusing to move out. I want to go to court but some of the heirs are not responding to my proposed action.
Am I right in assuming that Article 815-2 of the Civil Code permits me to proceed on my own because it is my right to protect the property/land OR can I proceed under Article 815-3 with 2/3 majority.
