Bonjour,
Il y a 2 ans j'ai signé un avenant à mon bail locatif pour un logement vide, qui augmentait mes provisions sur charges passant de 70 à 140 €. Le tout sans régularisation de charges ni justificatif. Puis je dénoncer cet avenant non conforme ? Et est il vraiment non conforme ?
