Dispersion de cendres en Inde

Bonjour,

nous souhaitons disperser les cendres de notre père en Inde, son pays de naissance.

Malgré l’aide de l’ia et le retour de l’ambassade de l’Inde je suis assez perdue dans les papiers. Je recherche une personne qui a déjà fait ces démarches pour échanger. 

En particulier, qui peut approuver tous les docs demandés (i) ci-dessous?

Que demander à la préfecture ?

The following documents are required for Public Health clearance of Ashes:-

       (1) Death Certificate issued by the doctor with cause of death to be mentioned therein

       (2) Death Certificate issued by the Mairie

       (3) Cremation certificate

       (4) Non-epidemic certificate

       (5) Request letter/Authorization to transport the ashes to India

       (6) Original Indian passport/OCI of the deceased

       (7) Flight details

       (8) Miscellaneous application form (to be downloaded and pre-filled by the applicant)

Note:

(i)     Documents from ‘1’ to ‘4’ have to be apostilled by the “Cour d’Appel”/ Public Notary and then translated in English by an authorized sworn translator before submitting to the Embassy for attestation.

(ii)    Please note that these documents have to be submitted in two sets..

(iii)   Fees: - € 21 each for NOC and Death Registration Certificate to be paid in cash only. Cancellation of Indian passport of an Indian National who dies abroad is gratis (Only ICWF Fees of € 2/- is required to be paid).

iv)   Additionally € 12/- each is to be paid for attestation of death related documents {Sl. No. (1) to (4) mentioned above}

G.    Death Registration Certificate :

        Following documents are required for Registration of Death of Indian nationals:

        (1) Miscellaneous application form (to be downloaded and pre-filled by the applicant)

        (2) Duly Filled in Application for death registration (click here)

        (3) Original Passports for deceased and applicant

        (4) Photocopy of deceased’s passport and self-attested photocopy of applicant’s passport

        (5) Original and Apostilled Death Certificate from the local authorities and Hospital / Doctor with spare photocopy. English translation of the documents from sworn translator.

Enfin, que demander à la compagnie aérienne ? J’ai lu que 48h avant le vol il fallait informer le health officier de l’aéroport. Qui le fait? Comment ?
