je voudrait savoir au bout de combient de temp peut ont se fair licencié pur absenteisme???

Dès le 1er jour d'absence si l'employeur entame une procédure de licenciement pour faute grave avec pour motif "abandon de poste". (en cas d'absence non justifiée du salarié)
