Arnaque courrier espagnol écrit en anglais, comment les stopper

Je viens de recevoir un courrier arnaque d'espagne écrit en anglais ! En résumé j'ai gagné un héritage et je suis millionnaire...
SECOND NOTIFICATION OF REQUEST

On behalf of the Trustees and Executors of this chamber, i the personal Attorney to late Mrs. Hana Konstantinos, once again try to notify you through this means as my earlier mail was returned undelivered.
I wish notify you that my late client Mrs. Hana Konstantinos according to her made you the beneficiary to the deposit she had with Standard Chartered Bank her in Madrid, Spain.
Before her untimely death she left the sum of six million, five hundred thousand Dollars ($5.500.000.00) in this bank and the last testament in her will clearly states how it will be invested. Further details were also mentioned on how the benefits will be shared among you, the Charity homes in France and in Spain after the first three years. Meanwhile as her attorney I will also be compensated as we will agree on my own percentage.
Being a widely traveled woman and relative of yours, you two must have been in contact with each other in the past or simply she decided to surprise you through her will.
Mrs Hana until her death was a contractor, a crude oil business woman and an engineer. She was a very dedicated religious person who has much passion for the less privileged. Her great philanthropy earned her numerous awards during her life time.
She died on the 2nd day of august 2006 at the age of 52 years and her will is now ready for execution. The bank has issued me a notice to contact you as the next of kin for the fund, since they are ready to go into agreement with you, based on their interest to invest the fund here in spain as the economy of the Country degenerates.
All the legal documents that will back up this deposit are with me, meanwhile all I require is your cooperation to enable us present the claim application to the bank and get the fund retrieved or transferred to your name, before we proceed to the aspect of investing it.
This transaction is not in any way illegal ; because as an Attorney, I have made all the enquiries on spanish property / fund inheritance release and I found out that according to the spanish inheritance by law all we need do is to identify that you are the person mentioned in the will and the bank will automatically release the fund. I will as an attorney to the deceased guarantee to sucessful execution of this transaction because of y relationship with the deceased Mrs. Hana Konstantinos.
