voir la procédure suivante:
An insured person who did not realise that he had to apply for PD U1 before leaving Greece may apply for a PD U1 by post.
The application must be sent to the K.P.A. 2 closest to the place where he last worked in Greece.
The original application form signed by the applicant must be sent.
The K.P.A. 2 will respond to the application by post. The reply will be sent to the applicant’s address in the Member State to which he moved to look for work given in the address box on the application form.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
1. PD U1 Application form (signed original).

2. Photocopy of last employment contract or as much information as possible about the applicant’s employment (name of company/employer, address of the company, period of employment, type of work, etc.).
3. Forms containing his A.M.A. (Social Security Member Registration Number) and A.F.M. (Tax Identification Number). Otherwise, these should be entered in the corresponding boxes on the application form.
4. Full postal address of the applicant.
5. Reason why work ended and termination letter.

Il faudrait contacter l'organisme grec concerné, service de l’emploi ou à l’organisme de sécurité sociale et qui gère vos droits au chômage.
