Order Confirmation Paypal

Bonjour,

J'ai effectué des commandes sur des sites internet délocalisés vendant en wholesale, ayant toujours payé avec paypal.

Un site, après avoir reçu la confirmation de paiement de paypal et du site lui même, m'envoie un email contenant ceci :

Dear ---
We have got your payment. We sincerely wish you happiness, cheerfulness and success, and appreciate for your purchasing.
Please confirm the shipping address:

In order to verify your payment for the items is safety and licit, Paypal will ask for some information of the big amount payments.

Please send us the scan documents of the information about the follows:
1. Payer's full name, credit card of the payment (front with last 4 numbers and back with signature)
2. Passport/Identity card number of payer, the Passport/Identity card of the addressee:
3. The signature of Passport and Credit Card of Payer;
4. Utility Bill (It is used to confirm the bill address and the shipping address.)
5. Authorization Form (Download first, Fill in and Print out the form)

Then give us a reply with photo or PDF document, could you please help us to send the information for confirming the payment, then we confirm the payment.

Je voulais savoir si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce genre de demande, si c'est légitime, normal, enfin bref voilà si vous pouviez me faire profiter de votre expérience :)
