J 'AI HERITER DE MA GRAND MERE AU MEME TITRE QUE SES AUTRES PETITS ENFANTS J'AI RECU UNE LETTRE COMME QUOI JE DOIS DONNER PROCURATION A MON ONCLE CAR JE POUVAIS PAS ME RENDRE AU RENDEZ VOUS SANS EN ETRE INFORMER EST CE LEGAL ALORS QUE JE PEU M'Y RENDRE QUE DOIS JE FAIRE ?

Si vous pouvez aller au RV chez le notaire ...allez-y.
Les procurations données en "famille" sont souvent cause de problèmes, s'il y a procuration à donner , elle se donne de préfèrence au notaire si vous avez confiance en lui
