EST-IL PREFERABLE DE VENDRE LES TERRAINS ET DISTRIBUER L'ARGENT A MES ENFANTS OU LEURS DONNER LES TERRAINS ?

Le don d'argent peut se faire sans l'intervention d'un notaire ce qui n'est pas possible en matière de donation portant sur l'immobilier.
